    Spectacular service

    They did everything well from the first setting up our sale details, advertising, communications throughout the whole process to exchange of contracts; reassuring us along the way. After exchange Mann estate agents followed everything through, helping us with questions through to completion. Very grateful for all your help their ervice has been exceptional. We would always speak well of them and recommend their service to anyone.

    It cost us £600- to put our house right after they let it

    By making sure that they check properties properly when old tenants leave and new ones take over that the do not make excuses for there failings. That if something is fitted in a housing unit they do not take it out of the premises without permission then fail to return it.

    Would not recommend

    The branch manager for lettings at Mann & Co is aggressive in her approach and a liar. My tennants have had the same experience with her.

    The margate branch hardly answer the phone. When they do, you leave a message for someone to call you back and they never do. Seriously thinking of taking the management of my property elsewhere.

    Quick sale agreed but then the delays started

    Veiwings were arranged within 2 days of being on the market and it went to final bids within a week. The purchaser was a nightmare and we lost several weeks due to here inactivity and lack of communication. I had to chase her via the agents who seemed very unconcerned by her lack of response. Also I when I accepted her offer I was told her finances were in place which was not the case.
