Charlotte has been amazing and we couldn’t recommend Mann enough, after having an extremely bad experience previously Charlotte did all that could be done to put us at ease and made the process stress free for us. The whole team are professional and we have had constant communication and kept us updated at every stage. This was the first time we had sold and we didn’t understand a lot of the process, Charlotte took them time to answer all our questions beyond so that we knew what was going on.

Steven at Mann Lettings was brilliant, very friendly and chatty. Allowed me to visit the property for a second time, answered all of my questions and dealt with any queries I had promptly. The day I received the keys was very brief and there were a couple of minor issues with the property. However overall the whole process has been smooth and the staff at Mann Lettings have been very professional and friendly.
