Once inside, you begin to get a feel for the level of specification beginning in the living room which is a good size with large bay windows allowing an abundance of natural light. There are double doors that lead through to the kitchen diner area. The kitchen is modern throughout and enjoys modern integrated appliances and stone worktops with plenty of cupboard storage. There is also a breakfast bar. The dining area is open plan and as can be seen from the photos, there is plenty of room for a substantial table and chairs. To the rear of the dining room is the extension which has skylights and conservatory doors leading to the garden. To the first floor, the first room is the bathroom and again follows the contemporary theme with grey tiles and unusually has the option of a bath and separate shower cubicle. The smallest of the bedrooms can still accommodate a double bed and has a small cupboard for storage. The second bedroom is a good double on the rear of the house and finally the master is very spacious with good quality fitted wardrobes. Externally is a small but pretty garden to the rear. There is also a large block built shed with power and a driveway for up to three vehicles.
The location of this house is strategic as Darenth Valley hospital is around five minutes walk. The M25 and A2 can also be reached in around five minutes by car.
